Yard Treatments

CL 100 Inspections
Buying or selling a home in South Carolina requires a Wood Infestation Report, also called a CL 100, Termite Letter, or Termite Clearance letter. During this inspection, we look for all wood-destroying organisms, including termites, wood-boring beetles, and moisture. Once the report is issued, it's valid for 30 days.
